UVMIS Community of Practice 2

On the 16th of February 2026, 32 participants from all over Europe joined the second UVMIS CoP meeting. They explored the foundational concepts that underpined the creation of European curricula dedicated to Sports Volunteer Management. The session highlighted the rationale behind the educational programme created and outlined the structure. The practical tools developed within the UVMIS project were showcased. By promoting a fair and inclusive dialogue, we invited participants to reflect on the potential impact of these curricula and discuss how they could be adapted to diverse educational and sporting contexts such as big or small events, permanent positions or occasional volunteering.
