UVMIS Research Meeting

On 13-14 February 2025 UVMIS - "Upskilling Volunteer Managers in Sport™ research experts met in Cologne (Germany), being a total of 15 people from 9 different organisations, to discuss and plan the desk research on national and focus groups and the creation of the State of the Art Report on Sports Volunteer Manager in Europe. The project aims at understanding how the quality of volunteer management in sports organisations can be improved and expanded through the development of "post-experience" learning and training materials for volunteer managers active, or who have previously been active, in the sports sector, taking the organisational diversity into account.
